What’s included in the Buyer Program?

Brand USA Travel Week India 2020 takes place from Monday, October 5th – Friday, October 9th, 2020. During the week, Buyers will attend two days of appointments from Wednesday, October 7th  – Thursday, October 8th, 2020.

In addition to the B2B meeting schedule there will be a noteworthy speaker series led by those who set the trends in the industry. In the evenings, Buyers will have the opportunity to network with the key U.S. Partners.

All Buyers based in the Delhi region will be hosted for one night with hotel accommodation from Wednesday, October 7th  – Thursday, October 8th 2020. This will be managed and booked by Brand USA.

Selected Buyers will be hosted at the Andaz Delhi, the venue for Travel Week India 2020. More information will be sent to the selected buyers well in advance of Brand USA Travel Week India 2020.

Refreshments and meals will be provided to buyers and delegates during the hosted meetings and events.

How to register?

Entry is open to Buyers in India only and will be based on current or potential business to the USA and program length. In order to be eligible, registrants must be in position to make or influence decisions on the U.S. travel product that your company offers.

Registration Opens March 1, 2020.

Please note

Registration must be completed by June 30, 2020, but places are allocated on a first-come first-served basis (provided you meet the eligibility criteria) so we encourage you to register early.

Brand USA will review registration information to ensure suitable qualifications of the buyer cohort.

You will receive email confirmation from Brand USA related to your completed registration.

Attendance is not transferable from accepted registrants to others without the prior written approval of Brand USA.

Registration is subject to the Brand USA Travel Week India 2020 Terms and Conditions.
